Returns, exchange and refunds policy

The customer is entitled to enforce a right of return without specification of reasons within a return period of 14 days.  The return period shall begin upon receipt of the goods and these instructions on returns. Please send us notification for return or change by email or phone. Please ensure you provide a clear statement stating your wish to return, your order number, full name, address, details of the goods you wish to return, your phone number and email address (if available).
Return shipping is at customers cost.

Any goods should be returned in their original and unused condition (with original packaging), with all labels and tags still attached. If labels and/or tags are removed, the goods will be considered used.

 

Your right to return your order does not apply in relation to certain types of goods such as:

 

1. Personalised items or goods which have been made to your specification;

2. Underwear’s are not returned for hygiene issue.


If you need to return large or bulky items, please contact our Customer Service.

 

When returning goods on which you have received a discount or special offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold (e.g. multi-buy items) and the refund will be adjusted accordingly. Any free promotional gift issued with an order must also be returned if you are returning the goods to which the promotional gift was linked.
