General Terms & Conditions of Silkmood

 

The General Terms and Conditions of Silkmood shall apply exclusively to the agreements concluded by SILKMOOD Online Shop (hereinafter called Silkmood).  

You should read these T&Cs carefully before buying any goods as they contain important information about your order.

By placing an order you agree to be bound by these Terms &Conditions.

2. Goods Information & Availability 

 

2.1 We will take reasonable care to ensure that the descriptions, product photos are accurate and kept up to date. The actual colors that you see on your computer may vary depending on the monitor that you use. We are therefore unable to guarantee that the product images you see are an accurate representation of the goods.

 

2.2 During periods of significantly increased demand and lower stock availability, such as during our seasonal Sales, there is an increased risk of items being out of stock.

 

3. Order Process

 

3.1 You can place an order either online through the site or over the telephone by contacting our customer services.

 

3.2 You warrant that the personal and payment information provided with your order is accurate, current and complete in all respects.

 

3.3 When your order is placed with us at the end of the online checkout process, we will email you to acknowledge that we have received your order and details of the goods you have ordered and your order number. Please note that only after receiving your payment your order will be confirmed by us.

  

3.5 We may cancel your order for any reason in our absolute discretion but will typically be for the following reasons:

 

3.5.1 the goods are not available.

3.5.2 we cannot obtain authorization of your payment;

3.5.3 there has been an error by us on the pricing or description of the goods;

 

4. Delivery & shipping

 

4.1 Your order will be dispatched by Post or TNT, unless otherwise agreed. Deliveries shall take place within 3 to 5 working days.

4.2 Costs incurred due to incorrect address information may be passed on to the customer. Silkmood shall not be liable for delays or other disadvantages to the customer, which result from an incorrect address.

4.2 Silkmood shall notify the customer immediately in the case of corresponding delivery problems. In the case of a withdrawal by Silkmood, the customer will be reimbursed the effected payments immediately. 

4.3 Shipping cost

4.3.1 Standard Delivery (3 - 5 working days) £6.95 per order; free delivery for order more than £69.

4.3.2 Next Day Delivery (Next working day) £16 per order

 

5. Returns, exchange and refunds policy

 

5.1 The customer is entitled to enforce a right of return without specification of reasons within a return period of 14 days. The return period shall begin upon receipt of the goods. Please notify us for return or change by email or phone. Please ensure you provide a clear statement stating your wish to return, your order number, details of the goods you wish to return. Return shipping is at customers cost.

5.2 Any goods should be returned in their original and unused condition (with original packaging), with all labels and tags still attached. If labels and/or tags are removed, the goods will be considered used.

 

5.3 When returning goods on which you have received a discount or special offer, that discount/offer will no longer apply if you fall below the discount/offer threshold (e.g. multi-buy items) and the refund will be adjusted accordingly. Any free promotional gift issued with an order must also be returned if you are returning the goods to which the promotional gift was linked.

 

5.4 Your right to return your order does not apply in relation to certain types of goods such as:

 

5.4.1 Personalized items or goods which have been made to your specification;

5.4.2 Underwear’s are not returned for hygiene issue. 


 

6. Payment Methods

 

We accept the following payment methods:

Credit card (VISA/MasterCard), PayPal, advance payment (Bank transfer).

All payments shall be handled in the currency in which the purchase is fulfilled.

7. Pricing Policy

7.1 All prices shown on the Site are inclusive of VAT, where applicable. Prices may change and offers may be withdrawn at any time.

 

7.2 Although we try to ensure all our pricing displayed on the site are accurate, errors may sometimes occur. If we discover an error in the price of an item you have ordered, we will contact you as soon as possible. You will have the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price, failing which it will be cancelled.

8.2 Silkmood is a secure place to shop. Our payment is employed by SSL (Secure Socket Layer) technology to keep your credit card information safe, and uses encryption to protect transmitted data. We will never pass your credit card number through e-mail.
